Houston Texans tight end Brevin Jordan (foot) has been ruled out for Week 10 versus the Cincinnati Bengals. This is hardly a surprise considering Jordan missed all three practices this week. The 23-year-old has just five catches for 51 yards and one touchdown through six games this year, so his absence isn't particularly crushing for the Texans or fantasy managers.
