Breshad Perriman Hopes To Make Impact
3 years agoDetroit Lions wide receiver Breshad Perriman will head into training camp hoping to make an immediate impact on his new team. It has been a mercurial NFL career thus far for the 27-year-old, going from first-round phenom-to-bust with the Ravens, to flashing his potential with Tampa Bay. Perriman was signed by the Jets last season to become a stabilizing force in their offense but it did not go according to plan. Perriman was limited to 12 games and caught only 30 passes for 505 yards and three touchdowns. Now the journeyman finds himself on his fifth team in five years and yet on a Lions team thirsting for wide receiver production. Perriman lacks fantasy value at this time but that could change if he acclimates quickly to the Lions offense and finds a chemistry with quarterback Jared Goff.
