Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson told local reporters that right guard Brandon Scherff (ankle) and center Luke Fortner (ankle) will play in Week 2 against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. It's great news for the Jaguars' interior offensive line against Pro Bowl defensive tackle Chris Jones, who will be making his 2023 debut after a lengthy training camp holdout that caused him to miss the Week 1 loss against the Detroit Lions last Thursday night. Scherff sprained his ankle in the Week 1 victory over the Indianapolis Colts but won't have to miss any time. His presence on Sunday is good news for the entire Jacksonville offense as the team looks to go 2-0 to begin the year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
