Brandin Cooks Suffers Head Injury Thursday Night
5 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Brandin Cooks (head) was taken to the locker room to be evaluated for a concussion on Thursday night against the Seahawks. He was injured on a 29-yard catch when Seattle cornerback Shaquill Griffin landed hard on Cooks. The catch was the wideout's only one of the game, although he did have a 27-yard run on an end-around early in the second half. Cooks will automatically be questionable for Week 6 against the Niners if he doesn't return, although he'll have extra time to recover. If Cooks misses any time, both Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods will have even more upside. Of the three receivers, Cooks has the most volatility from a fantasy standpoint.
