Brandin Cooks Should Remain Productive
Brandin Cooks should remain impactful in fantasy despite working with unproven quarterback Davis Mills for a second straight season. In his career, the quarterback hasn't really mattered for Cooks, whether it's been Jared Goff, Tom Brady, Deshaun Watson, Mills, Drew Brees or Tyrod Taylor. He has finished with 1,000 yards or more in six of his eight NFL seasons. The Texans' receiving weapons aren't deep, and Cooks is the only proven threat, which screams double-digit targets per game in 2022. The 28-year-old was given a two-year contract extension in April and although he may not have a sky-high ceiling, he shouldn't be overlooked as a solid WR2 in fantasy just because he plays for the Texans.
