4 years agoThe Cincinnati Bengals signed first-round wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase and third-round defensive end Joseph Ossai to four-year rookie deals on Wednesday. Chase and Ossai were the team's two remaining unsigned picks until now. Chase opted out of the 2020 season at Louisiana State University, but he could become a generational talent at his position. He'll also team back up with former college teammate in quarterback Joe Burrow in his rookie season. There will be a lot of expectation on the 21-year-old in his first season in the NFL, and he has the potential to finish as a top-20 fantasy wideout in 2021 when all is said and done. The presence of Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd may somewhat cap Chase's ceiling, but he's an exciting prospect in both single-year and dynasty leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
