Ben Roethlisberger Set To Thrive In Sunday Night Opener
5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will begin his 16th season as the team's signal caller on Sunday night against the New England Patriots. In what is expected to be an interesting year for the Steelers, they have to prove what they're made of without the likes of Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell. However, Roethlisberger still has plenty of weapons around him, like James Conner and JuJu Smith-Schuster and this spot against the Pats presents some upside. In night games, Ben Roethlisberger is at his best. Over 60 career late games, the 37-year-old is 42-18 with a 97.6 QB Rating and 109 touchdowns. While he is substantially better at home, Roethlisberger is set up to be a mid-to-low-end QB1 in Week 1.
