Bam Adebayo Misses First Game Of The Season
2 years agoMiami Heat center Bam Adebayo (knee) will miss his first game of the season Wednesday against Toronto. He started the week with a big 30-10 double-double against the Suns, but is now forced to nurse a left knee contusion and can't go Wednesday. Adebayo's absence will leave the Heat in a peculiar spot, as there's a serious lack of frontcourt options, with Omer Yurtseven (ankle) and Udonis Haslem (personal) already unavailable and Dewayne Dedmon (foot) considered questionable for the clash. Orlando Robinson and Nikola Jovic are the only healthy bigs remaining but neither player should be considered a serious fantasy option. Robinson hasn't even played a single minute of NBA basketball so far.
