Anthony Santander Sitting Tuesday
Anthony Santander (ankle) remains out of the lineup on Tuesday against the Houston Astros. Santander missed time earlier this season with a sprained ankle and has been out the last two days with general soreness. With a slash line of .206/.250/.317 with one homer and five RBI in 17 games in the month of June, the Orioles are hoping that a couple days off will allow Santander to get back to where he needs to be. The 26-year-old switch-hitter is batting just .239 on the season with four home runs, 15 runs scored and 16 RBI in 163 at-bats. DJ Stewart is getting his second straight start in right field on Tuesday and is hitting seventh against Astros right-hander Zack Greinke. Stewart does have seven long balls in 183 plate appearances this year, but he's also hitting just .210 with 50 strikeouts.
