Amari Cooper Says He's Good To Go For Wild-Card Weekend
11 months agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper (heel), who missed the final two games of the regular season with a heel injury, said he's good to go for Saturday's wild-card playoff game against the Houston Texans. Cooper said he could have played in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals if he had to. The 29-year-old will be returning to Houston, where he set a franchise record with 265 receiving yards and two touchdowns in his last game played in Week 16. Understandably, Cooper's DraftKings price has fallen after sitting out the last two weeks, which could make him a DFS bargain if he's completely healthy. However, the Texans defense will surely be trying to prevent a repeat of Cooper's Week 16 record-breaking performance. One thing we know: Quarterback Joe Flacco is going to look Cooper's way plenty. UPDATE: Cooper didn't take part in Wednesday's practice.
