Amari Cooper Expected To Play Despite Questionable Tag
3 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper (hamstring) is officially questionable for Week 9 against the Denver Broncos, but he was able to practice on a limited basis this week and is expected to play on Sunday. Cooper had his second 100-yard game of the season in the Week 8 win over the Minnesota Vikings, catching eight of his 13 targets for 122 yards and his fifth touchdown of the season with backup quarterback Cooper Rush throwing him passes. With Dak Prescott (calf) returning this weekend, Cooper will be a strong WR2 for fantasy managers. The Broncos defense has been decent at slowing down opposing receivers in terms of fantasy points recently, but they've also given up plenty of big plays to the position this year.
