New York Rangers winger Alexis Lafreniere led his team with three points in Monday's 6-3 victory over the Nashville Predators. He produced a goal and two assists as the Rangers finally won their first home game of the season. Incredibly, Mike Sullivan's team had previously scored just six home goals all season at Madison Square Garden. With the team struggling, Lafreniere hasn't had much joy either. However, he has finished on the score sheet in four consecutive road outings, and a haul of 11 points (three goals, eight assists) in 17 games has made Lafreniere a top-three scorer on the Rangers squad. The Blueshirts now head back on the road for a couple of games before hosting the Detroit Red Wings on Sunday night.--Taavi Pailk
