Minnesota Wild goaltender Alex Stalock yielded three goals on 27 shots in a spot start Monday against the Nashville Predators. The backup gave his team a chance to win, allowing a power-play goal early in the first period and two even-strength markers. The Wild entered the final stanza trailing 3-2, but were unable to generate any offense and get their netminder off the hook for the loss. Stalock has proven to be a useful fantasy option when the matchup is favorable for those owners playing in pools with daily moves. He can also be a nice mid-tier option in DFS play.--Daniel Dobish
