Florida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov scored a power-play goal during Wednesday's 7-3 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. Barkov fired six shots on net in the contest. The Finnish pivot has nine points over his past eight games. Barkov has produced seven goals and 11 assists over 19 games this season. The 23-year-old is one of the best young centermen in the league. He put up 78 points in 79 games last season and should score at a point-per-game pace again this campaign.
