5 years agoLos Angeles Angels first baseman Albert Pujols hit his 17th home run of the season in the Angels 5-4 win over the Orioles on Sunday. Pujols has now popped three home runs over his last six games played and has eight extra-base hits over his last 12 played. The future Hall of Famer is slugging .531 in the month of July as the 39-year-old continues to produce. He is no longer an above average fantasy option but can deliver power numbers to any fantasy team in AL-formats and deeper leagues right now. Pujols this season is slashing .244/.303/.453 with 14 doubles, 17 home runs and 62 runs batted in through 311 at-bats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
