Adam Conley Posts Scoreless Inning in Relief on Monday
7 years agoMiami Marlins pitcher Adam Conley came on in relief on Monday, getting one strikeout while giving up a hit as the Marlins were shut out by the Mets 2-0. Conley, who was a starter for the Marlins the past three seasons, had toiled in the minor leagues this year to the tune of a 5.18 ERA across eight starts until being called up as bullpen help on May 18. This his was his first major league appearance in 2018. While he posted a sub-4.00 ERA in his first two major league seasons, Conley remains firmly off fantasy owners' radar at this time.
