Aaron Judge Slugs Homer No. 24
Aaron Judge went 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in Tuesday's 10-2 win against the Kansas City Royals. He added a single and struck out twice. The superstar slugger hit a monster two-run bomb off Royals' pitcher Noah Cameron in the top of the first inning, leaving the bat at 117.9 MPH and traveling 469 feet. He also singled a run home in the top of the sixth. Judge is amid an incredible season at the plate, slashing a ludicrous .396/.491/.776 with 24 home runs, 17 doubles, 58 RBI, 63 runs scored, and five steals. Furthermore, he leads the league in virtually every expected statistic and quality of contact metric, and holds a walk rate (15.3%) in the top 4% of hitters. We're beginning to run thin on superlatives for him.
