In addition to a right big toe sprain and bruised right knee from crashing into the outfield wall on Monday, Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Aaron Altherr could also have a concussion. With the regular season finale this Sunday, Altherr will almost certainly be shut down now. He had a massively disappointing season while hitting under .200 and being sent to the minors for a while to work on his swing. He won't be a popular late-round bounce-back candidate in mixed leagues in 2019.--Keith Hernandez
