Here at RotoBaller, we've given you our take on all the major moves of NFL free agency (and some minor ones too). Our expert staff may not all agree on where players should be ranked or what their value will be for 2018, but if we did, that would just be boring.
If there's one thing we can all agree upon, it's that March was a crazy month for fantasy football fans. After much upheaval, we decided to gather multiple perspectives on some of the most relevant transactions of the past few weeks.
We start with the most important position, quarterback. Let's see which QB our writers thought would have the most relevance for his new team.

QBs on the Move
Which free agent QB will have the most positive impact on his new teammates from a fantasy perspective? (Cousins, Smith, Taylor, Keenum, Bradford, McCarron...)
While Cousins will be the best fantasy option of the group, Keenum may be the biggest improvement for his offensive teammates. The Denver offense went through three QBs and turned two stud wide receivers in Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel into much worse producers. If Keenum can revive the passing game, then Denver has the talent in the backfield to produce a quality fantasy running back if one of them seizes the job.

Cousins will have a good season, but I am going to take Taylor. The Browns have so many weapons now, a good QB is the only thing missing. Taylor can be good. He doesn't need to be great for them, but he will make plays with his legs, using RPOs with Hyde will be a lot for defenses to process and keep track of Gordon, Landry and Njoku.

Tyrod Taylor. He's the best quarterback Cleveland has had in years, and he might not be in the top half of 2018 starting quarterbacks. Josh Gordon and company should see more accurate passes coming their way this year.

This has to be Tyrod Taylor. The Browns' quarterbacks have been so bad for so long, anyone that can even be an average NFL quarterback is a welcome change. Tyrod won't throw for 4,500 yards or 35 touchdowns, but he is more than capable of leading an NFL offense and that's more than the Browns have had at the position in over a decade.

Sam Bradford. The common answer here I assume is going to be Kirk Cousins. I’m going with Bradford here. The Vikings pass catchers have been very nice for fantasy over the past couple seasons, and should continue to be good options. I’m going with Bradford simply due to how much Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders have struggled in recent years. I look for both of them to bounce back into fantasy relevance.

Keenum. It’s easy to say Cousins but Keenum is an upgrade from last year’s Denver QB situation. He fits nicely into a familiar setting with two talented WRs and will benefit from some thin air.

Kirk Cousins will almost certainly provide a steadier floor for a Vikings team that played the hot hand in 2017, but don’t ignore how Bradford (given health) could really change the Cardinals offense and bring more of a significant value to that team.

Alex Smi...oh, wait, the question said positive? I think Kirk Cousins can keep the Minnesota skill players relevant, which is good enough to get him as the answer here. I like Tyrod, but his rushing stats will take away some passing opportunities.
