Colts @ Cardinals: More or Less Contest

Kyler Murray more than 240.5 passing yards and Carson Wentz less than 200.5 passing yards
Murray and the Cardinals find themselves struggling at the wrong time of the year as they have lost their previous two games, and will need to throw the ball to move the ball efficiently in this game. The Colts have been stout against the run as they have allowed an average of just 73 rushing yards per game to running backs over the previous four weeks. They have, however, struggles a bit against the pass as evidenced by Mac Jones throwing for 299 passing yards last Saturday night. They have also allowed six other quarterbacks to throw for over this total on the season.
Wentz has only hit this total once in the previous five weeks and that is because he simply has not had to with the way Jonathan Taylor has been running the ball. I would expect more of the same this week as the Cardinals have allowed an average of 102 rushing yards per game to running backs over the previous four weeks and have also allowed an average of nearly 94 rushing yards per game to running backs on the season. This sets up as a great spot for the Colts to continue the ground and pound to win this game.

Recommended Prop Pick:
Jonathan Taylor more than 95.5 rushing yards and James Conner less than 50.5 rushing yards
This number could be north of 100 yards and I would still consider playing the over. Taylor is an absolute beast as he has gone over this total in four of his previous five games while averaging nearly 140 rushing yards on 26 carries per game over that span. He has a solid matchup in this one against the Cardinals who are allowing 102 rushing yards per game to running backs over the previous four weeks, which ranks 11th-worst in the league over that span. This game is also expected to be close as the spread currently sits at just one point, which means Taylor should be able to stay active in the run game throughout.
Conner has only hit this mark in two of his previous five games and both came without Chase Edmonds in the lineup. Edmonds returned last week and carried the ball six times to Conner's eight and will likely continue to cut into Conner's workload moving forward. Aside from this, the Colts' run defense has been superb as they have allowed an average of just 72 rushing yards per game over the previous four weeks, which ranks ninth-best in the league over that span.
