Wild Card DraftKings Quarterbacks - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Dak Prescott - GB @ DAL ($7,600)

Dallas' high-octane offense comes into this Wild Card matchup against Green Bay sporting a massive implied total of 29 points. A big reason for that heady projection is Dak Prescott, who has been as hot as any QB in the league over the second half of the season. Since the Cowboys came out of their Week 7 bye with a noticeably increased pass-heavy approach, Prescott has torched opposing defenses. He's the only QB in the league that passed for over 3,000 yards from Weeks 8 to 18, and his 30 passing TDs also lead all quarterbacks during that span.

He shouldn't have much trouble carving up a Packers defense that's been suspect throughout 2023 and ended the regular season ranked 27th in Overall Defensive DVOA, as the Cowboys have scored at least 30 points in every home game except one this year.

Matthew Stafford - LAR @ DET ($6,500)

We should set aside the "Stafford vs. Goff" narrative this weekend and focus on the "Stafford vs. The Very Bad Lions Secondary" reality. The veteran can often go overlooked in DFS formats due to his virtually nonexistent rushing ability, but there's a strong chance that Stafford could throw for over 300 yards (a three-point bonus on DraftKings) in this one against a pass-funnel Detroit defense that allowed the NFL's fourth-most passing yards this season.

After an abysmal 2022 campaign, the 35-year-old has rebounded in a big way this year, finishing 2023 just shy of 4,000 passing yards with 24 TDs in 15 starts. The veteran has also been money in the postseason when given a chance, throwing for more than 300 yards in four of his seven career starts in the NFL playoffs. A domed environment at Ford Field, two explosive offenses, and a pair of questionable defenses make this Wild Card matchup a recipe for DFS goodness.

MORE TOP QB PLAYS: Jalen Hurts ($7,700); Joe Flacco ($6,100)

Wild Card DraftKings Running Backs - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Aaron Jones - GB @ DAL ($6,300)

With the Packers in "must-win mode" for basically the entire final month of the regular season, they increasingly relied on Aaron Jones. The Green Bay backfield stalwart saw 20 or more carries -- and rushed for 100 or more yards -- in each of the team's last three regular season games.

With A.J. Dillon appearing very questionable for this weekend's postseason date with the Cowboys, the Packers offense should once again heavily feature Jones against a Dallas run defense that was suspect down the stretch. Over the last four weeks of the regular season, the Cowboys quietly relinquished the NFL's third-most rushing yards (479) to opposing RBs.

Najee Harris - PIT @ BUF ($5,400)

On a slate that's low on smash options at the RB position, Pittsburgh's Najee Harris makes perhaps the most sense for those looking to pay down at running back. The much-maligned Harris played his best ball of the season down the stretch and crossed the 100-yard rushing mark in each of the Steelers' last two games while earning a massive 59 total opportunities across Weeks 17 and 18.

Harris should again stay busy against the Bills, as nasty weather is expected in this one and Mason Rudolph will remain under center for Pittsburgh. Though the Bills enter the playoffs riding a five-game winning streak, their run defense allowed a chunky 4.09 yards per carry over the last month of the regular season.

MORE TOP RB PLAYS: De'Von Achane ($6,800); Tony Pollard ($6,100)

Wild Card DraftKings Wide Receivers - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Puka Nacua - LAR @ DET ($7,200)

As mentioned in the Matthew Stafford write-up, this game environment is perhaps the best spot on the slate to target passing attacks. If you've followed football this year, Nacua's record-breaking rookie exploits are probably familiar to you. The first-year pro hit several milestones in 2023, including setting a new record for receptions and receiving yards by a rookie.

Nacua's dream season was aided tremendously by his elite volume. He finished the regular season ranked sixth in the NFL in targets (160) with an average of 9.4 opportunities per game. He should remain busy this weekend against a pass-funnel Lions defense that's bled production to opposing receivers this season. Detroit closed out 2023 as one of just three units to relinquish over 3,000 receiving yards and 20 TDs to the WR position.

Mike Evans - PHI @ TB ($6,900)

Death, taxes, and Mike Evans gaining over 1,000 receiving yards. The seemingly always underrated Evans has topped the 1K milestone in every one of his 10 NFL seasons and he formed a nice connection with new Bucs QB Baker Mayfield in 2023. Evans closed the regular season with the second-most receiving TDs (13) in the NFL while ranking sixth in the league in Air Yards (1,782).

The veteran draws a dream matchup in a Monday night contest against the Eagles. Philly's defensive struggles have been well-documented this year, though it's worth reminding you that the only secondary that allowed more receiving yards and TDs to opposing wideouts than the Eagles this season was the lowly Washington Commanders.

MORE TOP WR PLAYS: CeeDee Lamb ($9,000); Rashee Rice ($6,600); Khalil Shakir ($3,400)

Wild Card DraftKings Tight Ends - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

David Njoku - CLE @ HOU ($5,600)

Already having a career year in 2023, Njoku has been an unstoppable force since Joe Flacco took the helm for the Cleveland passing attack. In his five games with Flacco, Njoku has averaged 19.6 DraftKings points per game while drawing nine targets a contest.

The Chief lit up the Houston Texans for a 6/44/1 stat line when the teams met in Week 16. He should continue to dominate this weekend against a Houston squad that allowed the league's fifth-most receiving yards to the TE position during the regular season.

Dallas Goedert - PHI @ TB ($4,800)

With both A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith heading into the postseason banged up, this Philly passing attack could lean on trusted TE Dallas Goedert against the Tampa Bay Bucs. After missing a month of action with a fractured forearm, Goedert was productive after returning to the Eagles lineup in Week 14.

He reeled in 21 catches for 182 yards and a TD across Philadelphia's last five regular-season games while earning three red zone targets. Goedert draws a slam-dunk matchup against the Bucs. Tampa Bay has been destroyed by enemy tight ends this season and was one of just three units to allow over 1,000 yards receiving to the TE position in 2023.

MORE TOP TE PLAYS: Travis Kelce ($6,100); Sam LaPorta ($6,000)
