Najee Harris fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 7 (2024). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Najee Harris for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in Standard Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB2/FLEX
ANALYSIS: Najee Harris is coming off his best start of the season as he ran for 106 yards and a touchdown against the Las Vegas Raiders last week. He also caught two passes for another 16 yards, giving him 16 or more touches in every game this season.
Any fears that Jaylen Warren - when healthy - would eat into Harris's workload have been put aside as Warren handled only a few touches last week. Arthur Smith loves Harris and his ability to run between the tackles and should continue to use him to pound defenses on early downs.

This week the Steelers take on the Jets at home. While New York has the reputation of being a good defense, they have been pretty soft against the run this season. We saw Bills' rookie Ray Davis run over the Mean Green on Monday night and Jordan Mason went for well over 100 yards earlier this season, too.
You know Najee is going to get his touches and we also know that he's the goal line and short yardage back as well. With Russell Wilson under center, there's less of a chance of having touchdowns stolen, too, which is something Justin Fields has done several times already this year.
Start Harris with confidence in this matchup, he should be featured by the Steelers once again and could have a big game here against a struggling New York front seven.
