Late Slate: Daily Fantasy Football Week 13 NFL DFS Lineup Picks on DraftKings and FanDuel (2024)

AJ Brown - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Andy's late slate daily fantasy football Week 13 NFL DFS lineup picks on DraftKings and FanDuel for 2024. Set winning DFS lineups with his expert NFL DFS advice.

Welcome back to our late slate Week 13 DFS picks article here at RotoBaller! In this piece, I will examine my top daily fantasy football lineup plays for the late slate in Week 13 of the NFL season.

In Week 13, we have three games on the NFL DFS late slate on DraftKings and FanDuel -- Los Angeles Rams vs. New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers, and Philadelphia Eagles vs. Baltimore Ravens.

The NFL DFS lineup picks and recommendations are based on matchups, overall upside/talent levels, opportunity, salary, and factors such as home-field advantage, implied point totals, and more. Good luck with your DraftKings and FanDuel DFS lineups. Let's dominate this late slate together!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Quarterbacks - Late Slate Week 13 DFS Picks

Top Play: Jalen Hurts - PHI vs. BAL (DK: $7.7K / FD: $9.2K)

Jalen Hurts has let his running back do most of the damage over the past two weeks, but fantasy managers should consider taking Hurts in a potential high-scoring affair against the Baltimore Ravens.

The Ravens have surrendered the third-most PPR points to opposing QBs. Since Week 8, Hurts has averaged an impressive 28.7 PPR points. During this stretch, Hurts eclipsed 30.0 PPR points on three occasions.

Contrarian Play: Matthew Stafford - LAR vs. NO (DK: $5.8K / FD: $7.4K)

My contrarian option has been on a nice stretch since his top two wideouts, Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp, have returned to action. Since Week 8, Stafford has averaged a solid 23.9 PPR points with a strong 12:3 TD:INT ratio.

This weekend, he will face the New Orleans Saints, who are near the middle of the pack regarding points allowed to QBs. However, given his relatively lower price and solid recent performances, Stafford can save you some salary while still having top-3 upside on the slate.

Running Backs - Late Slate Week 13 DFS Picks

Top Play: Saquon Barkley - PHI vs. BAL (DK: $8.5K / FD: $9.2K)

Despite a tough matchup, it is hard not to view Saquon Barkley as the top RB on any slate. This weekend, he will face the Baltimore Ravens, who have allowed the ninth-fewest PPR points to opposing RBs.

However, fantasy managers should not be concerned with this matchup, as Barkley has been performing at an elite level all season. Last weekend, the Penn State product scored a season-high 46.2 PPR points and eclipsed 100+ rushing yards for the seventh time this season. Over his past six contests, Barkley has averaged 27.1 PPR points per game.

Top Play: Kyren Williams - LAR vs. NO (DK: $7.2K / FD: $8.4K)

My other top option is Kyren Williams. Williams has continually been deployed as the lead option out of the Los Angeles backfield, as he saw all but one rushing attempt last weekend. In this game, Williams snapped a three-game scoring drought.

This weekend, he has a great opportunity to keep rolling against a weak New Orleans rush defense that has allowed the seventh-most PPR points to opposing RBs this season. Given his hefty workload, Williams should provide an elite floor with a high ceiling.

Contrarian Play: Bucky Irving - TB vs. CAR (DK: $5.8K / FD: $7.2K)

The rookie running back is coming off a career game in which he tallied 87 yards and a score on 12 attempts and 64 yards on six receptions through the air.

Despite operating in a timeshare, Irving has continued to impress and produce strong fantasy outputs over the past month. Since Week 6, Irving has scored at least 15.0 PPR points in all but one game and averaged 17.0 PPR points per game during this stretch.

This weekend, he faces the league’s worst rush defense, the Carolina Panthers. Irving could be in store for a stellar encore performance.

Wide Receivers - Late Slate Week 13 DFS Picks

Top Play: A.J. Brown - PHI vs. BAL (DK: $8.3K / FD: $8.8K)

With DeVonta Smith (hamstring) sidelined, A.J. Brown dominated the passing work last weekend by bringing in six of his seven targets for 109 yards and a score. Over his past three games, Brown has seen at least seven targets in each contest.

Even if Smith returns to action, Brown will face the worst pass defense in the league, which can set him up for a monster showing. The Ravens have allowed the most PPR points to opposing wideouts.

Top Play: Puka Nacua - LAR vs. NO (DK: $7.6K / FD: $8.7K)

My other top target is Puka Nacua. Fantasy managers cannot go wrong with targeting either Rams wideout, as Cooper Kupp is also an elite choice.

However, while Kupp will likely catch more passes, Nacua will likely be targeted downfield and carry more upside. This season, Nacua has an incredible 4.12 average yards per route run and 2.32 average air yards per snap, while Kupp has 2.74 and 1.42, respectively.

While both wideouts carry almost identical pricing, Nacua carries slightly more upside, given his big-play ability.

Contrarian Play: Marquez Valdes-Scantling- LAR vs. NO (DK: $4.5K / FD: $6K)

In a depleted wide receiver room, Marquez Valdes-Scantling has begun to emerge as a lead option. Over his past two games, Valdes-Scantling has seen starting reps and connected on two long TD receptions.

Given his big-play ability and facing a Los Angeles secondary that has allowed the 13th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts, he is in a great position to smash at his current price.

Contrarian: Rashod Bateman - PHI vs. BAL (DK: $4.4K / FD: $5.5K)

Even after acquiring Diontae Johnson, Rashod Bateman has continued to see starting opportunities and, more importantly, continues to produce from a fantasy perspective. Last weekend, Bateman caught two of his three targets for 43 yards and a score.

With a strong 13.2 aDOT, Bateman could be a sneaky, high-upside play this weekend despite facing a tough Philadelphia defense.

Tight Ends - Late Slate Week 13 DFS Picks

Top Play: Cade Otton- TB vs. CAR (DK: $4.5K / FD: $6.2K)

Despite struggling against a stingy New York Giants defense that has shut down opposing tight ends, Otton remains my top choice heading into a Week 13 tilt against the Carolina Panthers. Before this game, Otton averaged 19.3 PPR points over his past four games and saw 9.8 targets in each contest.

The Panthers have allowed the most PPR points to opposing tight ends, which sets Otton up nicely for a big bounce-back.

Contrarian Play: Mark Andrews- PHI vs. BAL (DK: $3.9K / FD: $5.6K)

My budget option has been relatively touchdown-dependent this season, making him riskier. Over his past five games, Andrews has tallied three TDs. In those games, he scored at least 15.0 PPR points. In the other two, he fell under 5.0 PPR points.

Even though he is facing a tough Eagles defense, the Ravens might find themselves in a high-scoring affair, which could provide Andrews with ample looks in the end zone.

Defense/Special Teams - Late Slate Week 13 DFS Picks

Top Play: Los Angeles Rams - LAR vs. NO (DK: $2.7K / FD: $4.5K)

The Rams defense has the best matchup on the slate, facing the New Orleans Saints, who currently have a depleted offensive attack. While they only tallied one sack last week in their loss to the Eagles, the Rams totaled 16 over their previous four.

Contrarian Play: Philadelphia Eagles - PHI vs. BAL (DK: $2.6K / FD: $3.8K)

My cheaper option has the toughest matchup facing the Baltimore Ravens, but it has performed exceptionally over the past month and could surprise many this weekend.

The Eagles have tallied at least three sacks in each of their past three games and allowed less than 20 points in two of them. While the matchup is far from easy, riding the hot hand and targeting top players in other positions could be sneaky.
