ANALYSIS: Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill has quietly become a solid flex option for fantasy players in deeper leagues this year. The veteran is the RB34 for the season, averaging 7.7 half-point PPR fantasy points per contest. Last week, he had 12.4 fantasy points in the win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, totaling three receptions for 44 receiving yards and a touchdown in the passing game.

Unfortunately, Hill is a boom-or-bust type of fantasy running back. He has scored 12 or more fantasy points in two of the past four games. However, the veteran running back has averaged only 4.6 fantasy points per game in the other five contests, totaling 4.2 or fewer in over half of those matchups.
Fantasy players in deeper PPR leagues should add Hill off the waiver wire. While Derrick Henry gets the bulk of the running game work, Hill has a role in the passing game. Unfortunately, he has limited upside some weeks.
