BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 9% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: If I just copy-pasted whatever thing I have to say about Richie James in this space, it might probably make 90% of sense when instead referring to Isaiah Hodgins. That's because both wideouts have been absolutely sublime through the second half of the season for the Giants while navigating a very similar path this year.
Hodgins in particular only placed once (W5) before W10 but he's been ridiculous from that week on. More than anything, Hodgins has been at his peak in the W13-to-W17 span scoring at least 14.2 PPR points in four of those five games and falling to a respectable 7.7 PPR in the matchup he failed to do so.
Hodgins has scored four touchdowns in the past five weeks and he's hauled in 25-of-32 targets in that span. He couldn't reach the masterpiece level he showed a couple of weeks ago at Minny (22.9 PPR) against Indy last Sunday, but he still caught 4-of-5 targets for 42 yards and another TD, his fourth of the season.
The wideout has become a sensation in NYC along with slot-receiver Richie James. Hodgins has scored 15.4, 15.8, 7.7, 22.9, and 14.2 PPR points in the past five weeks for a 15.2 FPPG average in that span and entering the final week and game of the regular season.
There are not a lot of better-looking options available in more than 90% (!) of all Yahoo leagues for free at this point through the campaign, so don't hesitate and go grab some shares of this man in nearly every league you happen to manage in.
