He has played so well this season that A.J. Dillon, who seemingly earned a clear role in the offense at the end of last season, has been a mere afterthought in Green Bay this year.

Jones has been dealing with shin and glute injuries all week long. Despite being limited in each of the Packers' three practices, Jones was removed from the final injury report on Friday afternoon. As a result, he will be active for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Aaron Jones Fantasy Football Outlook for Week 12

Jones ranks as a strong RB1 option ahead of his matchup against a subpar Eagles run defense. Philadelphia's unit has allowed 23.1 fantasy points per game to running backs (14th-worst in NFL), including 7.3 fantasy points in the red zone (ninth-worst). Meanwhile, their 0.9 touchdowns allowed to running backs on a per-game basis is the sixth-highest mark.

Beyond grading poorly while defending the run, the Eagles are spectacular against the pass. The Packers and quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who is dealing with a painful avulsion fracture in his right thumb, will likely abandon a pass-heavy attack in order to run the ball, expose the Philly defense's weakness, and drain the clock to keep Jalen Hurts and co. off the field. Dillon isn't a threat to see major volume, so it's Jones' time to feast. He should be started in all leagues as a mid-to-low RB1 with tremendous upside.
