I've been on a bit of a roll on the side/total side of things on the books, but today we'll be looking at some props. We have a great slate to pick from today, as all 30 teams will be taking the field. Let's get right to it.

MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Kevin Gausman OVER 7.5 Strikeouts (+100, FD) vs. SEA
I'll start things off with Kevin Gausman's strikeout prop. While Gausman has been excellent striking guys out this season (32.6% strikeout rate), things have cooled down a bit. He brings in just a 29.2% strikeout rate over the last two weeks but will look to turn things around against the Mariners who strike out at a 26% clip across the full season and at a 29.2% clip over the last week. Gausman projects a 34.1% strikeout rate today and a median projection of 9.64 strikeouts according to my model.
Dylan Cease OVER 7.5 Strikeouts (+120, DK) vs. MIN
I'll play a similar play here, as I take a look at Dylan Cease's strikeouts prop. Cease has struck out 27.4% of hitters this season, which has raised slightly to 27.5% over the last 14 days. He'll take on a Minnesota lineup that's striking out at a 28.9% clip over the last two weeks and a 30.1% clip over the last week. Cease projects to a 32.5% strikeout rate in this one and 8.44 strikeouts.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Mickey Moniak OVER 1.5 TB (+100, FD) vs. PIT
I'll take a look at Mickey Moniak to start things off as far as hitters go. Moniak has crushed right-handed pitching this season, bringing in a .458 wOBA against them on the year. He'll take on the Pirates starter, Osvaldo Bido, who projects to a 5.47 SIERA on the year. Moniak crushes the fastball against righties in particular, with a .431 xwOBA and .440 xISO, a pitch that Bido throws 48.4% of the time. Moniak projects to record 2.24 total bases today.
Juan Soto OVER 1.5 TB (+105, DK) vs. DET
I'll finish things up with Juan Soto, a potential trade target for some teams as we head into the deadline. After a seemingly slow start to the year, Soto brings a .421 wOBA against right-handed pitching into this one. He'll take on Matt Manning, who projects to a 4.84 SIERA today. Manning throws the fastball 59.16% of the time, a pitch that Soto brings in a .420 xwOBA and .306 xISO against. He projects to record 2.43 total bases today, so we're getting really solid value here.
