Jordan Mason - Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, Draft Sleepers, Draft Rankings

Fantasy football RB injury updates and reports for Week 7 (2024), as of October 19, including Jordan Mason, Jonathan Taylor, Brian Robinson Jr., and Joe Mixon.

Below is our fantasy football injuries report for running backs in Week 7, as of October 19. The injury statuses for various NFL running backs are up in the air for Week 7, including Jordan Mason, Jonathan Taylor, Brian Robinson Jr., and Joe Mixon.

As the fantasy football season continues, every decision, transaction, and lineup change matters. These are critical running back injuries to keep track of throughout the week. Being up-to-date on NFL injury news can give you an edge over your league mates in fantasy football.

To keep close tabs on all the news across the NFL, favorite or bookmark the fantasy football player news page, or download the free RotoBaller fantasy football mobile app with push notification alerts on all the latest news. Let's look at the updates for some running backs and see whether they may play in Week 7.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Jordan Mason Injury Update

Mason (shoulder) upgraded to a full participant on Friday. He has made solid progress, and the shoulder injury he suffered on Thursday Night Football against the Seahawks won't force him out of any games. The young running back will suit up this week against the Chiefs.

Jonathan Taylor Injury Update

Taylor (ankle) remained sidelined for all three practices this week. He will be inactive on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, opening the door for Trey Sermon and Tyler Goodson to earn more touches.

Brian Robinson Jr. Injury Update

Robinson (knee) was limited in practice all week long and is officially questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers. He will suit in Week 7, ranking as a mid-to-low RB1 if he plays. We believe he's trending toward suiting up this week.

Joe Mixon Injury Update

Mixon (ankle) logged a full practice on Friday after he had previously recorded back-to-back limited practices. The Texans' top running back will play in Week 7 and should continue to be deployed as a low-end RB1 in most fantasy leagues.

Aaron Jones Injury Update

Jones (hamstring) finished the week with two consecutive limited practices. The veteran is listed as questionable but has a good chance to play against the Lions.

Rhamondre Stevenson Injury Update

Stevenson (foot) is a peculiar case because he missed last week's game and missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday, but then he logged a full practice on Friday. The Patriots have listed him as questionable entering the weekend.

Nick Chubb Injury Update

Chubb (knee) is officially questionable to play in Week 7. He logged three full practices, but the Browns still labeled him as "questionable" while they decide whether to activate him from injured reserve on Saturday.

Jonathon Brooks Injury Update

Brooks (knee) fluctuated between missing practice and participating in a limited capacity this week. It seems like the Panthers will wait until he's able to practice in full before they activate him from the non-football injury list. As a result, they ruled him out for Week 7 against the Commanders.

Travis Etienne Jr. Injury Update

Etienne (hamstring) is officially questionable for Week 7 after being limited in practice all week long. Even if he plays this week, he'll be impossible to justify starting in fantasy football.

Jerome Ford Injury Update

Ford (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 7 after missing three consecutive practices. This backfield will likely belong to D'Onta Foreman and Nick Chubb.

Rachaad White Injury Update

White (foot) was limited for the second consecutive practice on Friday. It's looking more likely that the Buccaneers use a three-pronged committee of White, Bucky Irving, and Sean Tucker if White is able to suit up this week.

Trey Sermon Injury Update

Sermon (knee) started as a non-participant Wednesday, was limited Thursday, and managed to log a full practice Friday. He'll suit up against the Dolphins in Week 7, ranking as a low-end RB3/FLEX with Jonathan Taylor (ankle) sidelined.

Devin Singletary Injury Update

Singletary (groin) has been removed from the injury report after logging a limited practice on Friday. Ever since picking up his injury, the veteran has lost significant volume to Tyrone Tracy Jr., who has played incredibly well.

Tyjae Spears Injury Update

Spears (hamstring) has been ruled out after missing all three practices in Week 7. This development was widely expected and opens the door for Julius Chestnut to handle more touches as Austin Ekeler's backup.

Ray Davis Injury Update

Davis (calf) has been limited for the second day in a row. He's officially questionable to play against the Titans on Sunday.

D'Onta Foreman Injury Update

Foreman (groin) has been removed from the injury report after logging a full practice on Tuesday. The veteran could be a low-end RB3/FLEX play this week.

Zamir White Injury Update

White (groin) logged a full practice on Friday but is still listed as questionable to play in Week 7 against the Rams. If he suits up, he'd likely have a scaled-back row, keeping him off the fantasy radar in most formats.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire Injury Update

Edwards-Helaire was a full participant in practice all week long. He has been activated from the non-football injury list and will play on Sunday against the 49ers.

Cordarrelle Patterson Injury Update

Patterson (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 7 after missing three consecutive practices. The veteran has now missed three games in a row as the Steelers struggle to stay on track.

Nyheim Hines Injury Update

Hines (knee) remains on the non-football injury list despite being a full participant in practice this week. The Browns have until 4 p.m. Saturday to activate Hines, whom they've chosen to list as questionable.

Darrynton Evans Injury Update

Evans (hamstring) is doubtful to play in Week 7 despite being a full participant in practice. Until the Bills activate him from injured reserve, he's a low-end depth piece in Buffalo.

Rasheen Ali Injury Update

Ali (ankle) was downgraded to a non-participant in practice on Friday. At this point, his status for Week 7 is definitely in question.
