DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (11/28/21): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on November 28, 2021. Mike Marteny provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Our Sunday slate on DraftKings is a little smaller today with only three games thanks to a two-game early slate. That one's pretty easy. Run Stephen Curry and worry about the rest later. The main slate has a few more options.

We have the Kings in Memphis and the Celtics heading north of the border tipping at 6 pm Eastern. We close this out with the slumping Lakers taking on the Pistons again. We've got great options despite the small slate, so let's get into this!

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/28/21. You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. Remember to monitor injury news as the slate can completely change before lineups lock.

DraftKings Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Russell Westbrook - PG, LAL vs. DET ($11,000)

If you think his highness, 37-year-old LeBron James, is going back on the court against Isaiah Stewart after that cheap shot he took at him last week, I've got some oceanfront property in Arizona for you to take a look at. LeBron wants no part of Stewart. The league itself doesn't want him out there because they don't want him to get his ass beat or have to dole out a suspension to the King. The Lakers don't want him out there because they played three overtimes against the Kings last night. My feeling is LeBron does everyone a solid and takes Sunday off. That leaves Westbrook with the kind of usage he needs to have a big game. Russ still picked up 56.75 DraftKings points against Detroit last Sunday with A.D. going nuts and LeBron playing. If LeBron is out, that might be his floor.

Cade Cunningham - PG/SG, DET vs. LAL ($7,500)

There are no words to describe how utterly atrocious the Lakers have been against guards this year. Cunningham himself put up 50.5 DraftKings points against this same team in the same building exactly a week ago. Now the Lakers are on the tail end of a back-to-back set after playing a triple-overtime game last night. Cunningham could have an even better game here.

De'Anthony Melton - PG/SG, MEM vs. SAC ($3,700)

Ja Morant is going to be out for a while, and while Tyus Jones may get first crack at starting, I still like Melton to soak up a lot of that usage. Melton put up some big numbers earlier in the season filling in for Dillon Brooks. He will see that kind of court time again for the foreseeable future and his price hasn't been adjusted yet. We're going to get Melton at a huge discount over the next couple of games.

Others to consider: De'Aaron Fox, ($8,300), Tyrese Haliburton ($6,700), Desmond Bane ($5,700), Cory Joseph ($4,500)

DraftKings Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Jerami Grant - PF, DET at LAL ($7,100)

It's easy to overlook the fact that the Lakers aren't that good defensively up front either because the guards are such a train wreck defensively. Grant racked up 49.5 DraftKinst points on the Lakers last weekend and has had a solid week in between. Who knows what we're going to see from the Lakers tonight after last night's debacle. Whatever it is, we can bet it's going to be mostly good for the Pistons and us DFS players.

Dillon Brooks - SF, MEM vs. SAC ($6,100)

Brooks has dominated usage in the six games that he has played so far this season. It's only going to be worse with Ja Morant on the shelf. The usage on Brooks is going to go through the roof. That may be a bad thing since he is mostly inefficient, but with his price in this range, we have to consider using him. The offense is going to run through Brooks even more than it already did. There is potential here.

Marvin Bagley III - PF, SAC at MEM ($4,500)

Bagley is back into the rotation since the Kings ousted Luke Walton. He capped it off with a strong 27.75 DraftKings points in an incredibly efficient performance against the Lakers. The 35 minutes gives hope that the Kings finally have a coach that uses talent. Bagley is in a good position here with Richaun Holmes and Harrison Barnes out again.

Others to consider: Jayson Tatum ($9,900), Al Horford ($7,400), Scottie Barnes ($6,600), Carmelo Anthony ($4,900)

DraftKings Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Anthony Davis - C, LAL vs. DET ($10,800)

Davis put up one of his best stat lines as a Laker against Detroit last Sunday and that was with both LeBron and Westbrook on the floor. He contributed in every category in that game and the Pistons were powerless to stop him en route to a 70 DraftKings point game for the Brow. I would prioritize him over Westbrook on this slate, but there is plenty of value to run both of them if you so choose.

Trey Lyles - PF/C, DET vs. LAL ($3,600)

I have my doubts that Stewart can keep his cool whether or not LeBron is on the floor tonight. That would leave good minutes out there for Lyles. He filled in nicely with Stewart suspended this week and put up a solid 20.25 DraftKings points against the Clippers with Stewart back. This is a GPP dart for if you think Stewart loses his cool or if you think LeBron orders his minions to go after him. Either scenario is distinctly possible.

Others to consider: Pascal Siakam ($8,200), Jaren Jackson Jr. ($6,500), Precious Achiuwa ($4,200)
