We have a big 11 game slate to start off the week. So there are plenty of options all across the board, whether you are looking to build a cash lineup or a GPP. Do some research, do some reading and you'll be in a good spot to start the week off strong. Consider doing some game stacks to get a some double dips on points.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 12/05/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays on DraftKings. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @DFS_Tom.

DraftKings DFS Guards

John Wall - PG, @ BKN ($8,900)

John Wall is a great option tonight going up against the Nets. He has three straight games of 48 or more DraftKings points and the Nets are allowing a league worst 55 DraftKings points per game to point guards. Wall did sit out of practice on Sunday due to a thigh contusion, but reports say that was just for rest and he should be good for a full go on Monday. Wall also has seven straight games of at least 36 minutes, so he is out there, and contributing to the team in more than just points, as he has tallied five double-doubles in his last six games. He is a solid play in either cash or GPP.

Wesley Matthews - SG, vs CHA ($5,200)

Matthews is an interesting option for tonight. He has put up 30 DraftKings points or more in three of his last four games. Simply put, Dallas isn't very good this year and with Dirk Nowitzki ruled out for Monday's game, the offense for Dallas has to come from somewhere. Matthews is relatively cheap and should get you around the 30 points he has been averaging. He can give you some salary relief if you are trying to squeeze in two of the bigger names.

Kyle Lowry - PG, vs CLE ($8,200)

Kyle Lowry has a favorable match-up tonight vs the Cavs who have been struggling lately. Kyrie Irving isn't very good at defense and it shows. The Cavs are giving up 49 DraftKings points per game to point guards and Lowry is the perfect point guard to get it done. Lowry hasn't scored less than 39 points in his last five games. This is a rematch of the eastern conference finals from last year and if we have anything similar to those games, we should be in for a good one.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

LeBron James - SF, @ TOR ($9,700)

The Cavs are on a three game losing streak and I think this is a great spot for LeBron. The Cavs need him to step up and carry the team to a victory. I think LeBron is going to be on triple-double watch, and he won't let anything stand in his way. If you can find a way to get LeBron into your cash lineup, I would try to make it work. He is also always a good option for GPP's. The Raptors are in the top half of the league when it comes to defense vs small forwards, but when LeBron James wants to score, there are very few teams that can stop him.

Ryan Anderson - PF, vs BOS ($4,800)

Ryan Anderson is a great value play for tonight and has a really solid matchup. He is playing the Celtics who are giving up 48 points per game to power forwards. Anderson has two straight games of 34 DraftKings points or more, and he has hit at least three three-pointers in three straight games. He is a great GPP play because if he gets hot from deep, he will crush value. The savings will allow you to fit in some of the bigger names into your lineup.

Gordon Hayward - SF, @ LAL ($7,900)

Gordon Hayward is a great, mid-priced option at forward tonight. He isn't too expensive and has a great floor. Hayward has scored 36 or more DraftKings points in seven straight games. With some the injuries piling up for the Jazz, Hayward is becoming even more of the focus on offense. Hayward is up against the Lakers who are giving up 43 DratfKings points per game to small forwards, this is a really nice spot for Hayward and can be used in either cash or GPP.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Marcin Gortat - C, @ BKN ($5,900)

Marcin Gortat is up against the Nets who are last in the league guarding centers, giving up a staggering 54 points per game. Gortat has had three double-doubles in his last four games and is in a great spot tonight. He isn't super expensive and for the matchup he has, I see him as a fantastic cash game play since his floor for points is so consistent. He could be a nice stack with John Wall.

Tristan Thompson - C, @ TOR ($4,800)

Tristan Thompson is a pretty solid cash option for tonight. He gets most of his points through rebounds and put backs, and he really doesn't create a ton of offense for himself. He is mostly the benefactor of having three star players on the same team. But for his price and his average points of 24 DraftKings points per game, he doesn't carry a ton of risk. As long as he hits his season average, he will hit value for you.

Anthony Davis - C, vs MEM ($11,000)

Anthony Davis is playing Memphis who is statistically the best team vs centers in the league. Memphis only allows 42 points per game to centers. But even with that said, I still like the Brow tonight. Davis is averaging 57 DraftKings points per game and is a great option for a GPP. He is the kind of player you can build your base around to get you in the money. Davis has scored 62 or more fantasy points in four of his last five games. He also has a very high ceiling and the potential to get into the 75+ point range. He is worth rostering in a GPP, but not for cash.
