Buffalo Bills - NFL Betting Analysis

Last week, Buffalo played in a non-conference game vs the Chicago Bears, winning by a score of 35-13. Buffalo entered the game as a -8.5 point favorite and went on to cover the spread. The teams combined for a total of 48 points, which surpassed the over-under betting line of 40. On their way to picking up a 22-point win, Buffalo held a 11-point lead heading into the 4th quarter at 21-10. Through 15 games, the Bills have an ATS record of 6-8-1. So far, they have an over-under record of 5-10. This week's betting total of 49.5 is right in line with their previous games.

As the Bills prepare to take on Cincinnati, they have played well on offense, ranking 4th in points per game at 28.0. Even though they have a tough matchup against the league's 9th-ranked defense, look for Buffalo to continue their strong offensive play. This season, Buffalo has been one of the better passing teams in the league, averaging 259.5 yards per game through the air. Although the Bengals' defense has been able to limit opposing teams in the passing game, Buffalo should still be able to continue to generate big plays through the pass. A key matchup to watch through the game is if Buffalo will be able to run the ball with their usual effectiveness. Even though they are averaging 142.8 yards per game on the ground, look for them to struggle against a defense that can be tough to run against.

Cincinnati Bengals - NFL Betting Analysis

Cincinnati is looking to tack on another victory, as they defeated New England Patriots by a score of 22-18 in 16. Besides winning straight up, the Bengals also came home with an ATS win as the -3.0 point favorites. The team's combined scoring of 40 points fell below the posted betting line of 41. On their way to picking up a 4-point win, Cincinnati held a 16-point lead heading into the 4th quarter at 22-6. Through 15 games, the Bengals have an ATS record of 12-3. So far, they have an over-under record of 5-9-1. This week's betting total of 49.5 is slightly higher than the line in their previous games.

Coming into the game, the Bengals are the 6th-ranked scoring offense at 26.1 points per game. Despite a matchup against the league's 2nd ranked defense, look for Cincinnati to continue their strong offensive play. This season, Cincinnati has been one of the better passing teams in the league, averaging 269.2 yards per game through the air. On the ground, Cincinnati is ranked just 26th in rush yards per game and are facing a stingy rush defense.

Today's NFL Betting Pick - Bills vs. Bengals

When looking back at the recent matchups between Buffalo and Cincinnati, the Bengals put together a record of 2-3. The two teams have combined to average 41.6 points per game in their last 5 meetings. Last year, the Bills and Bengals did not play each other.

The Cincinnati Bengals have gone 3-2-0 vs the spread in these games. The Bills' offense has averaged 19.6 points per game over the 5 most recent meetings with Cincinnati, compared to the Bengals at 22.0.

Through their last 3 games, the Bills have a record of 3-0. In addition, their ATS record over this stretch is 1-2 while posting a 2-1 over-under mark.

In their last 3 road games, Buffalo has averaged 29.0 points per game while allowing 16.0. The team's record in this stretch was 3-0 while going 2-1.

Over their last 3 regular season games, the Bengals have gone 3-0 straight up. The team has also been excellent vs the spread, going 3-0. Their over-under record in these games was 1-2

Across their last 3 home contests, Cincinnati has been good against the spread posting a mark of 3-0. Their overall mark in these games was 3-0 while averaging 30.67 points per game.

Recommended ATS Betting Pick: Bills -1.0

Recommended OU Betting Pick: Over 49.5
