Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams has been suspended by the NFL for three games after he was arrested for public intoxication and leaving the scene of an accident in May, according to a source. Williams is also currently on Injured Reserve with a foot injury, so he is well off the fantasy radar.
