Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow (toe) suffered a turf-toe injury in the Week 4 loss to the Chicago Bears, and head coach Dan Campbell said that Ragnow is likely going to miss some time. Ragnow, the highest-paid center in the NFL, had played every offensive snap this year before the injury. His loss will be a big one for Detroit's offense and the offensive line as they look for their first win of the season in a Week 5 matchup with the Minnesota Vikings on the road. Evan Brown took over at center for the Lions on Sunday when Ragnow injured his toe, and he's likely to stay in the spot for however long Ragnow is out.--Keith Hernandez
