WNBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks (6/6/21): WNBA DFS Advice for DraftKings and FanDuel

Justin Carter's top daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for 6/6/21. Expert WNBA DFS advice, sleepers & player recommendations for DraftKings and FanDuel.

It's Sunday and we've got two games tonight, with both tipping at the same time.

The Dream and the Lynx will play in a rematch of Friday's 86-84 Lynx win, while the Wings and Storm will also have a rematch of their 105-102 overtime Seattle win.

In this article, I'll be providing you with some daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 6/6/21. These lineups picks will range from elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. Want to talk more about the WNBA? I'm always available on Twitter and always down to discuss women's basketball: @juscarts.

WNBA DFS Game Breakdown: Dream @ Lynx

When: 7:00 PM ET

Watch: WNBA League Pass

Injuries: Atlanta: OUT: Chennedy Carter

Minnesota: QUES: Damiris Dantas, OUT: Aerial Powers, Rennia Davis

Players of Interest: In the first full game without Chennedy Carter, Tiffany Hayes had 23 points and eight rebounds, while Odyssey Sims had nine points and six assists. Meanwhile, Courtney Williams continued to play well, with 15 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and two steals.

The Carter injury is bad for the Dream, but it does help DFS players make sense of this rotation, which is a plus. This team is relying on the guard a lot for offense -- heck, Aari McDonald also had a good game with 15 points, though I'm still not sure I trust her to consistently produce for fantasy purposes, though on a two-game slate she's worth the play.

The forwards in Atlanta aren't doing as much. The four main forwards combined to take just nine shots last game, for instance. Maybe Cheyenne Parker plays more than 14 minutes tonight and makes some sense as a play because of that, but I also worry her price is a little too high. Crystal Bradford is an interesting play after her 12-point game, but she doesn't provide much outside of just shooting threes.

For Minnesota, Napheesa Collier reminded the world that she's Napheesa Collier on Friday, with 26 points and seven boards. I don't trust the Dream defense to stop Collier, making her one of the best plays on this whole slate.

Sylvia Fowles is going to see her usage go down, but she grabbed 11 boards last game. Don't be surprised to see a double-double from her. Kayla McBride has been the team's best perimeter player lately, while Layshia Clarendon is off to a great start to their Lynx career with a pair of double-digit scoring games. Both are strong plays. If you want to take a swing at a sleeper, Bridget Carleton played 23 minutes last game but was scoreless; however, she took four threes and added six boards and two assists, so there was the potential for a nice stat line there.

WNBA DFS Game Breakdown: Wings @ Storm

When: 7:00 PM ET

Watch: WNBA League Pass

Injuries: Dallas: QUES: Kayla Thornton

Seattle: OUT: Mikiah Herbert Harrigan

Players of Interest: The biggest story from the last game had to have been the return of Satou Sabally. In her first game back, Sabally came off the bench but played 30 minutes, finishing with 18 points and nine rebounds. I'd expect the team finds a game to get her into the starting five.

Beyond Sabally, three other players feel like sure things in terms of scoring right now. Marina Mabrey continued her run of playing really really well, brushing aside my concerns that she would see a reduced role with the full team back. Arike Ogunbowale continues to score well and see an uptick in assists last game to eight. I think based on this team's construction, we'll continue to see more of Arike as the primary ball-handler, because they need to get Allisha Gray on the court as well and that's one method of doing so. Gray made her return last game too and had a bit of a slow start, but finished with 15 points, three rebounds, four assists, and two steals. She's a solid play.

Does Dallas have a reliable sleeper pick? Ehh. I'm not sure I feel comfortable going lower than Isabelle Harrison, who had eight points and seven boards last game. But if Kayla Thornton plays, that could cut into what Harrison does, making things risky here.

On the Seattle side, Breanna Stewart and Jewell Loyd are must-plays against this Dallas defense. I'd be surprised if both don't have 20-plus points in this be, with a lot of rebounds for Stewie and a nice amount of assists for Loyd.

Speaking of assists, Sue Bird had 10 last game. I don't trust her scoring anymore, but she can add some assists and steals that make her a solid play. You could also bet on Stephanie Talbot having another big game after she torched the Wings with 21 points last game. And if you want to take a swing on someone, you could hope Katie Lou Samuelson plays a lot more in her second game back. She didn't score last game, so people might forget that she's actually a good offensive player!
