The Buffalo Bills re-signed linebacker Matt Milano to a four-year, $44 million deal on Thursday, according to a source. The deal includes $24 million guaranteed. Milano was willing to forego free agency for another shot at a Super Bowl run with the up-and-coming Bills. Many people expected Milano to depart in free agency for a substantial contract, but he chose to stay in Buffalo. Only 26 years old, the 2017 fifth-round pick has been a key piece for Buffalo's improving defense, starting in 38 of 54 games since being drafted and recording 101 total tackles in 2019. Milano only played in 10 games (five starts) in 2020, but he was able to record 45 combined tackles (four for loss), nine QB hits, one interception, three passes defensed and a career-high 3.5 sacks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
