Free-agent outfielder Yasiel Puig is drawing interest from the Yankees, Red Sox, Astros, Marlins and Orioles, according to sources. The 30-year-old hit 24 home runs with a .785 OPS and 19 stolen bases in 149 games with the Reds and Indians in 2019, but he didn't play at all in 2020 after testing positive for COVID-19. He's playing for the Toros del Este in the Dominican Winter League and hit .231 with an .808 OPS in just five games while dealing with a right leg injury. Puig had 108 home runs, 331 RBI and an .831 OPS in 712 games in six years with the Dodgers before being traded to Cincinnati in 2018. Although he can rub players and coaches the wrong way, his power-speed combination is attractive. If he lands with a team that can give him regular playing time, don't write Puig off in fantasy leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
