New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees and running back Alvin Kamara are both inactive for Week 17 against the Panthers. The Saints have already locked up home-field advantage and the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs, so it doesn't make sense for their studs to play in a meaningless game. Don't expect Michael Thomas or Mark Ingram to play much either, if at all. Wide receiver Ted Ginn is also inactive.
