According to On3Sports' sources, Texas is "the top team to beat" for Louisville running back transfer Isaac Brown. The Longhorns are losing ball carriers Quintrevion Wisner and CJ Baxter to the transfer portal, so they have an immediate need at the position, and Brown is widely regarded as the top player available at the position. In his first two collegiate seasons, Brown has been one of the best running backs in the country. He's tallied 266 carries for 2,057 yards and 18 touchdowns as a runner and 43 receptions for 200 yards and one score as a receiver.
