There are eight games on the slate tonight and all but two are intra-conference matchups. With the Heat and the Trail Blazers on the second night of a back-to-back, both who are coming off of wins but Bradley Beal has the highest upside on both teams. If you are looking for games to stack, the Clippers-Pelicans is your best bet, followed by the Thunder-Rockets game. There are plenty of options for Tuesday night, but as we get closer to the end of the season, you need to make sure you pick close games and roster players that are guaranteed usage.

There are plenty of superstars to choose from, but Russell Westbrook, DeMar DeRozan, Ben Simmons, and Kevin Durant are my locks if you are going to pay up. The three games to pay attention to are the Heat-Wizards, Thunder-Rockets, and Clipper-Pelicans. All three should be high-scoring contests, but there is a sleeper game that can really help your value, the Trail Blazers-Knicks. While it's tough to say which Knick players will be the top performers, normally streaky players like Al-Farouq Aminu and Maurice Harkless, if he plays, have increased upside.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Yogi Ferrell - PG/SG, vs. DEN ($4,300)

Normally, Yogi Ferrel would be a steal at this price, but two new players have found their way into the Mavericks rotation and unfortunately into a slice of Ferrell's minutes. It's hard not to play him in a favorable matchup and especially since he has been averaging around 28 minutes over his past six contests. There was a 14-minute dud before that streak of six games, but that should be an outlier. Assuming the Mavericks can keep this from a total blowout, Ferrell should look to build on his previous performances versus the Nuggets. There has only been one game this season he has shot below 50% when facing Denver and it was a 5-for-13 night, where he scored 12 points and 4 assists. A modest night but proves Ferrell can produce.

Marco Belinelli - SG/SF, at CHA ($3,500)

This is a risky pick, but chances are you knew that before reading this. Marco Belinelli has only made one three in each of his past three games which should change against Charlotte. He is too talented of a shooter to not get close to ten attempts up against the Hornets. The Hornets rank in the bottom ten of the league when it comes to opposing shooting guards that's going to be the deciding factor. The Hornets lose track of shooters easily and it doesn't hurt this is one of Belinelli's long list of former teams.

 

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Danilo Gallinari - SF/PF, vs. NOP ($5,800)

Remember when I said stack the Pelicans-Clippers game? Well it starts with Danilo Gallinari. His price is extremely favorable given his potential to near 40 FPTS on any given night, not considering the Pelicans rank 22nd when it comes to guarding opposing small forwards. There is a lot going into this game and playoff race for the West is going to be tight heading into the final stretch of the season. When teams like the Clippers, Pelicans, Jazz, and Nuggets play, they are fighting for wins so stack their star players and players that will be getting shots. In this case, there is no reason for the Clippers to not feed Gallinari from the start.

James Johnson - SF/PF, at WAS ($4,600)

Last night's game was a breeze for the Heat more importantly, James Johnson played the second fewest minutes out of all of the starters with Josh Richardson only playing 18 minutes. Neither had any real fantasy impact, but tonight against the Wizards, the Heat need to steal a win on the road. Johnson's price and upside are both present, but there is always the possibility that he does what he's best at, be a role player. Even then, the injuries and necessity for a win make Johnson a more than capable pick.

 

DraftKings DFS Centers

Hassan Whiteside - C, at WAS ($6,900)

Hassan Whiteside had a massive game yesterday in just 24 minutes and that type of production should carry into the Wizards contest. Regardless if Washington decides to run Marcin Gortat or Ian Mahinmi across from Whiteside, he has the advantage. He continues to thrive in minimal minutes and the depth of the Heat frontcourt relieves enough pressure to give Whiteside enough spacing in any lineup. Miami will want Whiteside to get going early, but don't be surprised if he has one of his 20 rebound, nine point nights. His price is simply too low to fade him.
