FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (7/6/16): MLB DFS Advice

Welcome back to another action-packed Wednesday for FanDuel. In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for FanDuel on 7/6/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on FanDuel. It's a full slate with things kicking off at 11:35 ET.

As for Vegas insights, the only heavy moneyline favorites tonight are the Giants (-220), Red Sox (-18o), Mets (-180), and Cubs (-175). The contests with the highest over/unders are the Rangers-Red Sox (10.5), Padres-Diamondbacks (9.5) and Athletics-Twins (9).

Editor's Note: RotoBaller offers the best Premium MLB Subscription - only $1.99 per week. All the tools you need to help win your seasonal and daily leagues: Hitter & Pitcher Streamers, Matchup Ratings for every player, Under-the-Radar Surgers for AVG, HR, Ks, plus daily DFS Cheat Sheets, Lineup Picks, Expert Lineups, Stacks and Avoids.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel

Diamondbacks versus Colin Rea

The Diamondbacks are heating up as an offense, notably Paul Goldschmidt and Jake Lamb. The Diamondbacks have a .425 slugging versus RHP, 10th overall in baseball, while Rea has a 5.13 ERA on the road this season. It's one of the higher over-unders on the slate and should deliver for DFS purposes.

Rays versus Jered Weaver

The Rays get a softball outing today with Weaver on the mound. Weaver posted a 5.70 ERA in the month of June and although he's posted solid numbers at Tropicana, that was the Weaver of old. Rays come in at a great price tag (Logan Morrison, Corey Dickerson, Steven Souza).

Also Consider: Red Sox versus Martin Perez

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel

Michael Pineda (SP, NYY) - $9,100

Pineda has come on strong, posting a 2.74 ERA in his past six starts. He struck out a season-high 12 in his last outing versus the Rangers and gets a White Sox lineup with a .710 OPS, 21st in baseball.

Tanner Roark (SP, WAS) - $9,000

Roark has a 2.42 ERA versus the Brewers lifetime and continues to impress for an inconsistent Nationals rotation. The Brewers have a .724 OPS versus RHP, 19th in baseball. The lack of K's is the only factor holding Roark back, but he should be in line for a win.

Bud Norris (SP, LAD) - $7,100

It may not seem like it, but the Dodgers made out like bandits. Norris has a 2.08 ERA in his past 40 innings, including six shutout innings in his Dodgers debut. It's a tough draw versus the Orioles, but for this price I'll roll him out there.

DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel

Catcher (C)

Willson Contreras (C, CHC) - $2,800

I give up. Each week I criticize the low price, every week it goes lower. Crazy stuff here. He posted a 1.026 OPS in June and has 20+ point outings in two of his past three games.

First Base (1B)

Kendrys Morales (1B, KC) - $2,800

Morales was on fire in June (.402) and has carried it over to July with four home runs already (1.516 OPS). I'll ride the hot hand at a significant discount versus a struggling Marcus Stroman.

Also Consider: Hanley Ramirez (1B, BOS) - $3,600

Second Base (2B)

Jose Altuve (2B, HOU) - $3,800

How is Altuve below $4K? He hit .420 in June and has a .998 OPS versus LHP. Excellent 50/50 play.

Shortstop (SS)

Danny Espinosa (SS, WAS) - $3,200

Think Espy wants to give up the shortstop job to Trea Turner. He has two 50+ point games in his past six games (and a 20 point game). He gets a struggling Matt Garza today.

Third Base (3B)

Anthony Rendon (3B, WAS) - $3,300

Don't look now but Rendon is starting to heat up. He's averaged 17 points in his past four games and is batting .300 in 10 career at-bats versus Matt Garza.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel

George Springer (OF, HOU) - $4,500

Springer has welcomed the month of July with two home runs in five games and averaging 15 FanDuel points in that span. He's keep his push for the final All-Star vote today.

Stephen Piscotty (OF, STL) - $3,500

Piscotty will gladly welcome Jeff Locke to Busch Stadium. He's slashing .361/.483/.625 versus LHP including 2-for-5 versus Locke.

Giancarlo Stanton (OF, MIA) - $2,900

Don't look now, but the monster is back. He crushed two home runs last night in New York and is still coming in at a bargain price.

Also Consider: Mookie Betts (OF, BOS) - $4,000 and Travis Janikowski (OF, SD) - $2,500
