DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice - NBA DFS Lineup Picks for 11/18/15

By Keith Allison [CC-BY-SA-2.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0)], via Wikimedia Commons

Justin Bales highlights the top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for 11/18/15. These are the top value and sleeper plays for your DraftKings NBA DFS lineups.

It's another big NBA night, which means there will be plenty of great picks on the board! There are also a few players dealing with injuries, so keep in mind to monitor them throughout the day.

In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for DraftKings for 11/18/15. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

Without wasting anymore time, let's get down to it!

We offer weekly, monthly or seasonal Premium NBA Subscriptions.

DraftKings DFS Point Guards

Russell Westbrook (vs NO, $12,200)

Westbrook is always a great option with Durant out, but tonight is special. Westy gets a matchup against a fast paced Pelicans team, and this game should feature a ton of points. The Pelicans also rank dead last in the NBA against opposing point guards. Jrue Holiday will likely be out tonight, which means Westbrook will be guarded by Ish Smith for most of the game. Westy is coming off a 72 fantasy point performance, and I wouldn’t be all that surprised to see him do that again tonight.

Ish Smith (at OKC, $5,500)

Jrue Holiday played last night, which means he’ll likely sit this game out, and Ish Smith will soak up most of the point guard minutes. Smith has flashed great ability, but his price is low because of he splits minutes with Holiday when he’s healthy. As I mentioned above, this game will likely feature a ton of points, and Smith will be a huge part of the offense, especially if Davis is out again tonight. If Holiday is ruled out before the tip, Smith can be used in all leagues.

DraftKings DFS Shooting Guards

Eric Bledsoe (vs CHI, $8,600)

Bledsoe took a back seat to Brandon Knight the other night, as he triple doubled, but Bledsoe is the real triple double threat on the Suns team. On the season, he’s averaging 23.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, 5.9 assists, and 2.1 steals in 33.3 minutes per game. He gets a matchup against the Bulls, who have played good defense against the shooting guard this season, but run at a fast pace, so there will certainly be opportunities for Bledsoe. He is best suited for GPPs, and he has tremendous upside tonight.

Eric Gordon (at OKC, $6,400)

Gordon has been a fairly consistent fantasy player this season, but he has had a few games in which he has flopped. Still, he played huge minutes nearly every night, which means he will always have great upside on any given night. He gets a great matchup against the Thunder, who have been one of the worst teams in the NBA against shooting guards this season. Gordon is best suited for GPPs because he relies on scoring too much, but if Davis misses this game, he’s one of the best tournament plays on the slate.

DraftKings DFS Small Forwards

Paul George (at PHI, $9,500)

PG13 has been my favorite player to use this season, but his price is finally reaching where it should be. He has scored 38 or more fantasy points in 10 of his 11 games this season, including seven straight 40+ fantasy point game. In those seven games, he has also scored 50+ fantasy points three times, and 60+ fantasy points once. He gets arguably his best matchup of the season against a weak Sixers defense, and he should be able to dominate anyone they put on him. He can be used in all leagues.

C.J. Miles (at PHI, $4,300)

Miles continues to play well for the Pacers, and he may be in a must-play spot tonight. George Hill and Rodney Stuckey are both questionable, and if they are out tonight, Miles will soak up more minutes. Even if they both play, Miles is a good GPP option, as he relies heavily on his three-point shot, and the Sixers are one of the worst teams in the NBA at covering the perimeter. Miles has been playing minutes in the 20s, but his overall value will depend on the injuries to Hill and Stuckey tonight.

DraftKings DFS Power Forwards

DeMarcus Cousins (at ATL, $10,300)

Cousins is finally listed as a power forward on DraftKings, and he can still be used in all leagues. His price isn’t all that high for his recent production, as he has scored over 60 fantasy points in two straight games. He’s a double double threat every time he steps on the court, and he has been shooting the ball over 20 times per game. Furthermore, he has the ability to score in all five categories, which helps his fantasy upside. He also gets a great matchup against the Hawks, who have struggled against power forwards this season, and Boogie should be used in all leagues.

Terrence Jones (vs POR, $6,200)

Jones has played solid minutes in three straight games, and he has scored a total of 112.25 fantasy points in those games. He clearly won his job back from Thronton, and he’ll likely see minutes in the high-20s or low-30s again tonight. He gets a great matchup against a fast paced Portland team, and that game should be fairly high scoring. Jones is a player that doesn’t need a ton of minutes to score a bunch of fantasy points, and he makes a great option any night he plays over 25 minutes.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Ian Mahinmi (at PHI, $4,200)

Mahinmi has been consistently hitting value, and he’s going to play minutes in the high-20s or low-30s again tonight. He became a much better fantasy option when Myles Turner went down with an injury, and Mahinmi’s price hasn’t caught up to that yet. He has hit value in five of his last six games, and he gets a great matchup against the Sixers tonight. He can be used in all leagues.
