Doug Ghim Needs to Find Form Following John Deere Classic
Doug Ghim missed the cut at the Genesis Scottish Open two weeks ago and will now focus on preparing for this week's 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota. Ghim has found some form recently, recording two top-20 finishes in his last three starts. So far this season, Ghim has four top-25 finishes and four missed cuts in 15 starts. He missed the cut at last year's 3M Open but finished tied for 24th in 2024. Over the past 12 months, Ghim ranks in the 44th percentile in greens in regulation on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway. This is worth pointing out because over 37% of approach shots at last year's 3M Open came from this distance.
