Matt Fitzpatrick finished 22nd at last week's U.S. Open and will now focus on preparing for this week's Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut. Fitzpatrick has been on an absolute tear this season, recording three wins, eight top-25 finishes, and no missed cuts in 15 starts. Fitzpatrick finished tied for 17th at last season's Travelers Championship and tied for 36th in 2024. Over the past 12 months, Fitzpatrick ranks in the 82nd percentile in proximity to the hole on approach shots from 100-150 yards in the fairway.
