Elijah Sarratt 2026 Fantasy Football Outlook: Ravens have a Legit Second Option in Passing Game
Heading into 2026, Elijah Sarratt finds himself in the enviable position of having a legit chance to move up on the team's depth chart before the start of the season. In Baltimore, Zay Flowers is the staple of the passing game. After Flowers, it would seem as though there is an open competition between Rashod Bateman, Devontez Walker, and rookies Ja'Kobi Lane and Sarratt. Declan Doyle is tasked with rebooting a Ravens passing attack that saw DeAndre Hopkins finish behind Flowers as the team's WR2 a season ago, finishing with 22 receptions and 330 receiving yards. Doyle is poised to become a head coach in the league sooner rather than later, and Flowers is already calling his new offensive coordinator a genius, saying he has stuff that he's never seen. Baltimore has already seen what Bateman and Walker have to offer, and Sarratt earned the nickname "Waffle House" while at Indiana, as the 6'2, 210-pound receiver was always open. What sets Sarratt apart are the numbers. Last season, Sarrat converted a first-down on 54% of his receptions, with 13% of those resulting in touchdowns. In 2024, Sarratt had a 63.2% catch-rate on deep targets. With a keen ability to move the chains, stretch the field, and find the end zone, Doyle and Lamar Jackson should be able to make the most of Sarratt this season
