NASCAR Practice Speeds, Lap Averages, and Notes for Kansas (2026)

Joey Logano - NASCAR DFS Picks, Betting Picks, Daily Fantasy NASCAR

NASCAR practice speeds, lap averages and notes for the 2026 AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway. Use the NASCAR stats and data to build DFS lineups on DraftKings. Tyler Reddick was fastest.

The NASCAR Cup Series ran a single practice session at Kansas Speedway on Saturday afternoon in preparation for the upcoming AdventHealth 400 on Sunday afternoon.

The 37-car field was split into two groups for practice.

Below you will find the two groups, key notes from the practice session, as well as the practice speeds for all drivers.

Important Practice Notes

Joey Logano - The No. 22 Ford was down on speed in practice, ranking 36th-fastest out of 37 cars. In addition to being down on speed, it was realized that Logano was dealing with tire cording issues as well. It was noted that Ryan Blaney may be dealing with those issues as well.

Carson Hocevar - The No. 77 Chevrolet wasn't crazy fast on the stopwatch in practice, but Carson Hocevar really liked his race car, noting that it's the best one he has ever had at Kansas.

Chris Buescher - The Fords struggled a bit in practice, but Chris Buescher didn't. In addition to laying down the sixth-fastest overall lap, Buescher ranked second-best in 20-lap average.
