Week 13 Wide Receiver Rankings Outlooks
Michael Wilson, Arizona Cardinals
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson has taken fantasy leagues by storm right before the fantasy playoffs. In back-to-back games, Wilson has earned over 15 targets and produced more than 110 receiving yards. Wilson enters Week 13 as RotoBaller's 20th-ranked wide receiver in Half-PPR formats in a favorable matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers' defense has allowed opposing offenses to gain over 270 passing yards and three passing touchdowns in their last two games.
Wilson could see more target competition if teammate Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendix) can play on Sunday. Harrison has officially been listed as questionable for Week 13 after missing the previous two games due to undergoing appendectomy surgery. Even if Harrison plays, Wilson has established a real connection with quarterback Jacoby Brissett. The two have been able to connect 25 times for 303 yards on 33 targets over the past two weeks. Wilson is a WR2 with upside heading into Sunday's matchup and can be comfortably inserted into fantasy lineups.
Troy Franklin, Denver Broncos
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin will have a golden opportunity in Week 13 against an easier matchup in the Washington Commanders, who are near the bottom of the league in defensive rankings. Franklin is having a breakout season, leading the team in targets this season with 81, and should be leaned on more as they come off the bye week.
The Commanders' defense enters Week 13 allowing 249.5 passing yards per game, ranked 28th in the league. Franklin should be able to use this to his advantage as he averages around four catches on nine targets per game over the past five contests. Fire up Franklin as a high-end WR3 with upside as RotoBaller's WR26 overall for Week 13.
Jauan Jennings, San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings' touchdown on their opening drive in Week 12 salvaged what would have otherwise been a poor showing. Amid Brock Purdy's (toe) struggles against the Panthers, Jennings finished the game with five catches for 41 yards and the score on seven targets. Jennings now has a touchdown in three of the 49ers' last four games, and has at least four receptions per game going back to Week 7.
In Week 13, San Francisco goes to Cleveland to face the Browns, who have allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game and second-fewest receptions and receiving yards to opposing wide receivers in 2025. Further dampening Jennings' prospects on Sunday is the forecasted inclement weather, which is expected to feature winds in excess of 25 MPH, rain, and snow. Fantasy football managers should exercise caution with Jennings, who ranks as a WR4 in Week 13.
