Should I start Tetairoa McMillan, DK Metcalf, Jameson Williams for Week 11? Fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks and recommendations for the 2025 NFL season.
Week 11 is here, and the fantasy football playoffs are getting closer and closer. Fantasy managers will have to nail all of their start/sit decisions if they want to make the playoffs. Luckily for you, RotoBaller is here to help. Today, we will cover Tetairoa McMillan, DK Metcalf, and Jameson Williams.
McMillan had a fine outing in Carolina's shocking loss to New Orleans, finishing with 11.0 PPR points. Metcalf continued his cold streak, as he finished with fewer than 10.0 PPR points for the third time in his last four games. Williams had one of the best games of his career, putting up 119 yards and a touchdown as he finished as the PPR WR2. These three are all looking to have big games to build momentum for the rest of the season.
Without further ado, let's look at my fantasy outlook for each player and determine whether they're worth starting in Week 11 of the 2025 season.

Should I Start Tetairoa McMillan in Week 11?
Despite Bryce Young's struggles, Tetairoa McMillan is currently on pace to finish his rookie season with over 1,000 receiving yards, a feat that only 20 rookie WRs have achieved since 2000.

McMillan has been targeted 77 times this year, which is over a quarter of the team's total pass attempts. The Panthers are looking to bounce back following their loss to the Saints, as they'll take on a Falcons team that has lost four games in a row.
However, Atlanta has the best passing defense and the fourth-worst rushing defense in the league, and Carolina might continue running the football with Rico Dowdle, which could limit McMillan's fantasy production. He's a WR2/WR3 this week.
Should I Start DK Metcalf in Week 11?
The Pittsburgh Steelers have lost three of their last four games, and DK Metcalf has played a big role in that decline. The former Seahawks superstar started the year like a man possessed, putting up 356 yards and four touchdowns in his first five games.
However, those numbers have declined to just 146 yards and one touchdown over his last four outings. Players such as Calvin Austin III, Pat Freiermuth, and Roman Wilson have been more involved in the passing game in recent weeks, which has caused Metcalf's production to dwindle.
Luckily for Metcalf, this upcoming game against the league-worst Bengals defense will provide a great opportunity for him to get back on track.
Amon-Ra St. Brown, Matthew Golden, and Courtland Sutton have all recorded 80+ against the Bengals, and the potential for a similar performance from Metcalf makes him a WR2 option this week, despite his quiet outing against the Bengals in Week 7.
Should I Start Jameson Williams in Week 11?
Fantasy football's ultimate boom-or-bust WR, you never know what you're going to get with Jameson Williams. The 12th overall pick of the 2022 NFL Draft has had five games with fewer than 7.0 PPR points (including a "goose egg" in Week 7), and four games with over 16.5 PPR points.

His Week 10 game against the Commanders was his best game of the season, as he finished as the PPR WR2 following an explosive second-half performance.
Seven different players have recorded over 80 receiving yards against the Eagles this season, which makes Williams a must-start for this matchup, despite his inconsistencies.
