Quincy's top fantasy football matchups for Week 10 of 2025. His favorite start 'em, sit 'em picks and predictions -- strong start/sit matchups that he loves.
Week 9 saw several smash plays fall on their faces in cupcake matches. Most notably, Los Angeles Chargers running back Kimani Vidal let a lot of fantasy managers down after a hot stretch of games. Those types of performances are disappointing, but hopefully Week 10 is kinder to us in fantasy.
With NFL games getting more competitive as we head into the second half of the season, we should start to see more predictability in fantasy output. Teams begin to find themselves this time of year, and identities are set. This is when we, as fantasy managers, make our main playoff pushes.
With a fair number of solid-to-great matchups once again this week, let's dive in and see who you should thrust into your lineup. There are a couple of recurring names on this list, but we will also say hello to a couple of newcomers.

Quarterback Matchups We Love
Bo Nix - Denver Broncos
Opponent: LV
Opponent Rank vs. QB: 14th
Bo Nix has been flip-flopping on this list over the last few weeks. He is such a fringe starter that it can be difficult to know when to start or sit him. Week 10 is one of your chances to start Nix and get a huge game against a hapless Raiders defense.
The Broncos seem to have found something in their offense recently. Nix is playing better and turning the ball over far less than he was at the beginning of the season. The Raiders are in the pits of the league in most passing defense statistical categories. Additionally, they have forced only four interceptions. Fire Nix up as a back-end QB1 this week.
Bryce Young - Carolina Panthers
Opponent: NO
Opponent Rank vs. QB: 24th
Bryce Young has been a startable fantasy asset a few times this season. He should be able to produce against the Saints in Week 10. The Saints have been a run-funnel team this season. However, given the Panthers' offensive inconsistencies, this game could prove to be competitive. Thus, the Panthers may be forced to air the ball out.
The Saints have a solid defense, but they do not have anyone scary enough to contain the Panthers pass-catchers. If you are in a pinch with someone like Dak Prescott or Patrick Mahomes on a bye, Young could fill in nicely.
Quarterback Matchup to Temper Expectations
Daniel Jones - Indianapolis Colts
Opponent: ATL (neutral)
Opponent Rank vs. QB: 4th
Daniel Jones and the Colts have been torching bad defenses all season. Week 10 presents a tough matchup with one of the better defenses in the league in the Atlanta Falcons. This is a great litmus test for Jones. Given Atlanta's effective pass defense and vulnerable run defense, this could be a game that features running back Jonathan Taylor.
If Jones can succeed in this matchup, then he is likely going to be locked into lineups for the rest of the season. However, given that you did not draft Jones to be your starter, you may have a better option. If you do, it may be prudent to take a wait-and-see approach with Jones this week.
Running Back Matchups We Love
Rico Dowdle - Carolina Panthers
Opponent: NO
Opponent Rank vs. RB: 26th
Rico Dowdle is emerging as the lead back in Carolina just in time for a favorable matchup with the Saints. New Orleans has had trouble containing opposing running backs in fantasy both on the ground and through the air this season. Dowdle should enjoy plenty of short passes and scoring opportunities this week.
Dowdle is averaging an eye-popping 5.71 yards per carry this season. He seems to rip off a 10-plus yard run in just about every game. The Saints are allowing 4.17 yards per carry to opposing running backs. While a respectable number, Dowdle is running with a passion right now that should transcend the Saints defense.
Kenneth Walker III - Seattle Seahawks
Opponent: ARI
Opponent Rank vs. RB: 13th
Let's throw a bone to the Seahawks backfield this week. Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet have primarily split time in 2025, and they have vultured opportunities from each other. The Cardinals have been solid against the run this season, but they already allowed a serviceable game from Walker earlier this season. Week 10 should be kind to Walker.
With the way the Seahawks are currently playing, the team projects to lean on the running game after jumping out to a big lead. Walker should see more volume than usual. His backfield mate Charbonnet will also have plenty of chances to score. If you are hurting at running back, Walker could be a solid flex option this week.
Running Back Matchup to Temper Expectations
Breece Hall - New York Jets
Opponent: CLE
Opponent Rank vs. RB: 2nd
Breece Hall has been performing like a man playing for a new contract recently. Unfortunately, he will meet his match against one of the best defenses in the league in Week 10. Cleveland has shut down every running back it has faced this season. Hall will see plenty of volume, but his efficiency is likely to be lacking in this game.
On the bright side, Hall should remain involved in the passing game, and this should be a competitive game between two of the worst teams in the league. Hall may be able to PPR his way to a respectable outing, just do not expect a massive game from him in Week 10.
Wide Receiver Matchups We Love
Ladd McConkey - Los Angeles Chargers
Opponent: PIT
Opponent Rank vs. WR: 31st
Ladd McConkey finds himself in the "love" category once again, now that he seems to have reestablished himself as quarterback Justin Herbert's top target. With Pittsburgh on the docket in Week 10, McConkey's chances for a massive game are high.
For some reason, the Steelers defense has completely fallen off this year. They seem old and slow. McConkey's speed in the middle of the field should not be matched in this game. He should have no problem finding open space and receiving plenty of targets. Additionally, his touchdown chances are high in Week 10. Start McConkey with confidence this week.
Drake London - Atlanta Falcons
Opponent: IND (neutral)
Opponent Rank vs. WR: 28th
Drake London should have a solid game in Week 10 across the pond in Germany against the Colts. While the Colts have solid pieces in their secondary, they have faced a lot of passing volume, resulting in solid outings from opposing pass-catchers. Unless the Falcons defense can completely stifle the Colts offense in Week 10, that trend should continue.

— Atlanta Falcons (@AtlantaFalcons) November 2, 2025
London is just starting to return to his draft value this season. Additionally, London's target volume has been out of control this year. He is on pace for 176 targets. If his catch percentage could marginally improve, London will be a consistent WR1. Start him as a WR2 in Week 10.
Wide Receiver Matchup to Temper Expectations
Brian Thomas Jr. - Jacksonville Jaguars
Opponent: at HOU
Opponent Rank vs. WR: 1st
Brian Thomas Jr. now has the wide receiver room to himself with Travis Hunter on IR for another few weeks. Unfortunately, Thomas draws a tough matchup with the Texans in Week 10 amid ongoing struggles with his chemistry with quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Additionally, the Jaguars added wide receiver Jakobi Meyers at the trade deadline, further muddying the target distribution in this offense.
This projects as a low-scoring game between two average offenses and solid-to-great defenses. Thomas' touchdown opportunities will be lacking in this game, and his volume may be low as well. Hopefully, you have been working the waiver wire well this season because Thomas may be better on your bench in Week 10.
*Keep an eye on Thomas' ankle injury, which could ultimately sideline him this week.
Tight End Matchup We Love
Dalton Kincaid - Buffalo Bills
Opponent: at MIA
Opponent Rank vs. TE: 30th
Let's throw some love to Dalton Kincaid this week against the Miami Dolphins after he came out on fire to start the season. The Dolphins have been one of the worst teams in the league at containing opposing tight ends. They have actually shored up as a passing defense as a whole, but tight end remains a vulnerability.
Kincaid made his living early in the season on touchdowns. However, he was receiving solid target volume before an injury sidelined him in Week 6, and limited him in Week 8 after Buffalo's bye. If the Bills want to succeed this season, they need to keep getting production from Kincaid. He can be thrust into your starting lineup this week.
Josh Allen marches down the field.

Tight End Matchup to Temper Expectations
George Kittle - San Francisco 49ers
Opponent: LAR
Opponent Rank vs. TE: 8th
George Kittle is the standard at tight end, but this could be a sneaky tough game for the veteran. The Rams have been one of the better teams in the league against opposing tight ends in fantasy this season. Additionally, this is a divisional matchup that could be lower scoring than many are expecting.
Although Kittle should be catching passes from quarterback Brock Purdy this week, do not be surprised if this is more of a blocking game for Kittle. The Rams are likely to make life tough on San Francisco's passing offense, and it could be a game for running back Christian McCaffrey to shine.
