Joey's top Week 6 survivor picks for NFL survivor pools. His favorite Survivor/Eliminator picks to target, avoid in Week 6 Survivor/Eliminator Pool contests.
A lot of people in your survivor pool were likely eliminated last week, considering the Cardinals lost to the Titans and the Bills lost to the Patriots. If you are still alive in your survivor pool, congratulations on making it this far.
In this article, we will go through three of my favorite survivor picks to trust in Week 6. All three of these teams are big favorites this weekend and should help you advance to the next week. At the bottom of this article, we will also list two teams people can't trust in Week 6.
So, let's look at the best and worst survivor pool selections for Week 6.

Green Bay Packers (-14.5) vs. Cincinnati Bengals
The Packers haven't been able to get the job done in recent weeks. They lost to the Cleveland Browns in Week 3 and then tied the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4. Both of those games resulted in losses for those who picked them in survivor pools. However, Green Bay will be the safest team to choose in your survivor pools this week.
The Bengals will be starting Joe Flacco after just acquiring him via trade earlier this week. As a result, the Packers should be able to get a ton of pressure on him in this contest, especially since Cincinnati's offensive line ranks 32nd in pass block win rate. That's great news for a Green Bay defense that ranks top-12 in both pass rush win rate and pressure rate through five weeks.

On top of that, the Packers should have their way on offense against a bottom-five defense. Cincinnati ranks 30th in yards allowed per game to begin the season. So, it might be time to use Green Bay in your survivor pool to ensure you move on to the next week.
Denver Broncos (-7.5) at New York Jets (London)
After an impressive win over the Philadelphia Eagles last week, the Broncos are riding high into their matchup against the New York Jets in London. They will face the winless Jets in Week 6, making them a top survivor choice this weekend.
Even though the Broncos' offense has been inconsistent at times, it's hard to imagine the Jets moving the ball freely in this game. Justin Fields was just sacked five times in last week's loss, and Denver has gotten to the quarterback at least five times in two of the past three weeks. With a top-five defense, that should carry this team to a win overseas.

The Broncos are a great pick this week because they are relatively safe. If you are just looking to advance, they are a fantastic choice in your survivor pool. Something to keep in mind, though, is that Denver does have some favorable matchups upcoming against the Giants in Week 7, the Texans in Week 9, and the Raiders in Week 10. Saving them could also be a smart strategy at this point in the year.
Los Angeles Rams (-7) at Baltimore Ravens
Some people might pivot away from the Rams this week, considering they just lost to a 49ers offense that was starting their backup quarterback, two backup wide receivers, and a backup tight end. However, don't let that distract you from the fact that Los Angeles is one of the better survivor picks this week.
The Rams might score over 35 points in this game against a depleted Ravens defense. Baltimore currently ranks 31st in yards allowed per game and 32nd in points allowed per game. Given that Los Angeles ranks second in yards per game through five weeks, this offense will be able to score a ton of points on Sunday.

Additionally, the Ravens will be without Lamar Jackson (hamstring) in this contest. So, look for this Rams team to come out victorious after last week's disappointment. Now might also be the best time to use them with a tougher schedule upcoming against the Jaguars in Week 7, the 49ers in Week 10, and the Seahawks in Week 11.
