The Atlanta Falcons have placed defensive back Jordan Fuller (knee) on Injured Reserve. Fuller picked up a knee injury in last weekend's loss to the Buccaneers, forcing Atlanta to rule him out for their Week 2 outing with the hosting Minnesota Vikings. Now, he'll miss at least the next four games. It's unfortunate news for the Falcons, as their defensive backfield is suddenly, alarmingly thin. Teammates Jessie Bates III and Xavier Watts are currently the only healthy safeties on the active roster, so Billy Bowman Jr. (shoulder) figures to handle another sizable snap share Sunday night. However, he's questionable with a shoulder injury. If Bowman Jr. can't go, Dee Alford projects to see an extended look at nickel.--Alex CiullaRead More News
